A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking. These deposits are non-refundable, but go towards the cost of your service.

cancellations

A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48 hours, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged the balance of your service.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• Currently pregnant

• Epilepsy

• Chemotherapy ( appointments booked post Chemo must be cleared by your Dr. )

• If you are currently ill ( cold, flu, etc. )

• Major Heart Problems

• Viral Infection/ Disease

• Botox & Fillers within 3 weeks of procedure

• Accutane in the past year

• Retinol usage must be stopped 30 days prior your appointment and avoided 2 weeks post appointment

• Psoriasis, Rash or Sunburn on or around eyebrows

• An Allergy to Lidocaine, Tetracaine or Epinephrine

• Avoid blood thinners 24 hours prior appointment

• Avoid Alcohol, Aspirin & Vitamin E 24 hours prior appointment
